We are looking for an experienced Client Modification Engineer to join our real estate investment team. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing client-requested modifications in residential and commercial projects, ensuring all changes are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting the successful delivery of our projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and managing modifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
