Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee the plastic injection moulding operations using Polypropylene (PP) and Polyethylene (PE) materials. The ideal candidate will have solid experience operating and managing large injection moulding machines (up to 1500 tons) and will be responsible for supervising the production process end-to-end — from order confirmation by the Sales Department to final production and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of the plastic production process, from raw material management to final product delivery.

Plan, organize, and control daily production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective output.

Supervise and lead production teams, including engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Manage the maintenance and repair of injection moulding machines and moulds.

Monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet required standards and customer specifications.

Identify and resolve technical problems related to machines, moulds, or production processes.

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to optimize plant performance.

Manage inventory of raw materials and spare parts.

Maintain accurate records of production reports, downtime, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with suppliers and external service providers to ensure operational continuity and improvement.
