Pyramid Glass Manufacturing, a leading company in the glass industry, is seeking an experienced Finance Manger to join our finance team. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain the company’s financial health.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and financial regulations.
• Support business decision-making through financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. A master's degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a Senior Finance or Management role, with at least 5 years in the Manufacturing sector.Technical Expertise:Mandatory: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ERP SYSTEM.Strong background in Cost Accounting in a high-volume production environment (preferably glass/heavy industry).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Competencies: Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills (both written and verbal in English and Arabic). Proven ability to manage and mentor a finance team.Proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to upholding integrity, credibility, and confidentiality in all financial matters.
