We’re looking for motivated, organised, and professional Event Organisers to help us deliver world-class corporate events and retreats across Egypt’s top destinations: Soma Bay, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, New Alamein, Sokhna, Cairo, and more ????✨

???? 1️⃣ Permanent Event Organiser (Full-Time – Based in Alexandria)

• Office-based role at our Alexandria HQ, with travel for events
• Involves full planning, supplier coordination, and on-site event management
• Requires understanding of hotel and banquet policies
• Ideal for someone seeking stability and professional growth

???? 2️⃣ Casual Event Organiser (Event-Based / On-Call)

• Ideal for those with flexible schedules
• Work per event (3–4 days on-site) + prep days in Alexandria
• Support check-ins, conferences, excursions, transport, and guest handling
• Performance-based priority for future events

Skills

✅ Requirements for Both Roles:

• University graduate
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotels, tourism, conferences, or customer service
• Excellent communication in Arabic & English (spoken and written)
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel across Egypt for events
