Sales Manager

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  • Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Building up a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning.
  • Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are meet.
  • Help sales members in deals’ closing process.
  • Assist sales team in meetings.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members.
  • Monitoring and tracking semi-monthly the profit center achievement.
  • Tracking leads from the social media progress.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
  • Provide support to the entire sales department always to an information upgrade.
  • Report by the percentage of customer satisfaction with our service, products and provide a plan to develop it.
  • Writing reports for Commercial Director.
  • May perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or EngineeringPreferred has a "MBA" Certification5 years of experience as a sales managerDirect experience in Accounts Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales and ContractsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experience in customer relationship management.Experience managing and directing a sales team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead a sales team.Creative thinking “to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company”Presentation skills “Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors”Ability to work under pressure and manage tight scheduleAbility to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documentsDecision-making skills “to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems”ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficientlyAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business communityAbility to write & deliver speeches and articles for publications while conforming to prescribed style and format.
