- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal performance of all systems and networks
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals.
- Network Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Security Management: Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect the organization’s data and systems from cyber threats.
- Oracle Applications: Manage Oracle applications, ensuring they are effectively integrated with business processes and meet user needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network and security management, as well as Oracle EBS applications.In-depth knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security technologies.Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite.Proven experience in project management and team leadership.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
