Job Purpose
- Plan and create strategic content directions for social media accounts and campaigns to ensure brand consistency, growth, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly content plans and content calendars for each client.
- Generate creative content concepts (posts, short-form scripts, thought-leadership ideas).
- Oversee writing of captions, scripts, and content (collaborate with copywriters when needed).
- Create storytelling frameworks for LinkedIn & X (Twitter) posts (for B2B clients).
- Ensure content reflects the proper tone of voice for each brand.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and content analysis.
- Ensure collaboration between design, video, and media teams to execute content.
- Optimize content based on performance data and insights.
Excellent understanding of content strategy for LinkedIn & Twitter (especially B2B).Creative mindset + strong writing and communication skills.Ability to transform business topics into engaging content.
