  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management to inform product development and strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the paints, chemicals, or related industries.Owning car is a must.Valid drive license Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing both new business development and account management responsibilities.Good in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
