Job Purpose

 

  • Lead the digital marketing function, manage the marketing team, develop strategies for clients, and ensure the achievement of business objectives (KPIs, ROI, lead generation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients (monthly & quarterly).
  •  Manage the internal marketing team (content, design, media buying, moderation, video editing).
  • Translate client briefs into clear action plans and deliverables.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)).
  •  Review analytics and generate insights to improve performance.
  •  Conduct client meetings and present progress reports and results.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trends research.
  • Ensure brand tone consistency across all channels.
  •  Coordinate with sales/CRM team to ensure lead quality and conversion efficiency.

4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.Hands-on experience in paid ads, analytics, and performance dashboards.Knowledge of multi-channel marketing (LinkedIn + X (Twitter) are a must).Strong leadership and communication skills.
