Job Purpose
- Lead the digital marketing function, manage the marketing team, develop strategies for clients, and ensure the achievement of business objectives (KPIs, ROI, lead generation).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients (monthly & quarterly).
- Manage the internal marketing team (content, design, media buying, moderation, video editing).
- Translate client briefs into clear action plans and deliverables.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage digital marketing budgets across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)).
- Review analytics and generate insights to improve performance.
- Conduct client meetings and present progress reports and results.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trends research.
- Ensure brand tone consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate with sales/CRM team to ensure lead quality and conversion efficiency.
4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing management.Hands-on experience in paid ads, analytics, and performance dashboards.Knowledge of multi-channel marketing (LinkedIn + X (Twitter) are a must).Strong leadership and communication skills.
