- Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to produce accurate MEP shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of material take-offs and quantity estimations from drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company standards in all drafting work.
- Collaborate with site teams to resolve technical issues and provide clarifications as needed.
- Support the preparation of project documentation for approvals and permits.
3 to 7 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman or in a similar drafting role.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.Strong understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and construction practices.Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical drawings and schematics.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work on-site (office-based arrangement) and adapt to project requirements.
