- Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and service departments to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishments.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in the inventory management system.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent loss, damage, or theft of spare parts.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports, highlighting trends, slow-moving items, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and ensure proper organization and labeling of spare parts.
- Support after-sales and service teams by ensuring timely availability of required spare parts.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of inventory management processes and participate in audits as required.
