- Issuing supply orders for export customers and ensuring that the orders reach the relevant departments after approval.
- Reviewing shipping documents in accordance with the terms of letters of credit.
- Receiving packing lists from warehouses for supply orders ready for shipment.
- Booking and negotiating with shipping companies.
- Reviewing delivery schedules with the planning department.
- Applying the requirements of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety systems.
- Prepare the weekly shipping plan with shipping agents and shipping lines.
- Coordinate with the Planning and Production Department and ensure that delivery dates align with the agreed schedule with the client and are suitable for shipping dates according to letters of credit.
- Prepare periodic reports (monthly / quarterly).
