The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s electrical products and solutions to clients in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of electrical products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new clients within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell electrical products, solutions, and services to contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Conduct regular field visits to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and contracts in line with company policies.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and new product developments.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s brand and products.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2–4 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical products, components, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
