- Basic understanding of merchandising standards and retail setup.

- Handle minor display issues or lack of shelf space.
- Communicate stock shortages to sales reps or team leaders.
- Adapt display setup in small or non-standard stores.
- Arrange products on shelves according to planograms and display guidelines.
- Refill shelves and always ensure product availability.
- Install promotional materials (e.g., wobblers, price tags, displays).
- Report out-of-stock items, competitor activities, and market observations.
- Assist with product rotation to ensure First In, First Out (FIFO).
- Support in-store promotional events and launches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-compliant shelf space.
- Submit daily reports and photos via mobile apps or assigned tools
Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–2 years of field merchandising experience (or fresh graduates with high learning ability).
