We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development  Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and coordinating project activities within our engineering office.
 

Responsibilities:-Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote our services. -Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking, to ensure timely and successful completion.-Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues. -Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and improvement. -Contribute to the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans to achieve company objectives. - Understand and Scope the client’s aspiration and requirements of the project.- Create collaborative design process in multidisciplinary of the design office process and execution process.- Coordinate project phases performance of various projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings.- Follow up with the technical office team on projects tasks and site follow up. Requirements:Experience minimum  5 years.Bachelor's degree in Civil, Arc. Or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the engineering, construction industry, real state developers, …etcStrong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
