Performance Marketing Specialist

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn). 

Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring established KPIs and ROIs are met. 

Conduct A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization. 

Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creative assets. 

Generate performance reports and deliver insights and actionable recommendations. 


At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager. Exceptional analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Expertise in budget management and driving measurable outcomes. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
