Marketing Event Coordinator

• About the Role:

International Experts in Research Enrichment and Knowledge Exchange (IEREK) is seeking a Conference Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated and organized individuals who are eager to contribute to the planning, execution, and success of international academic conferences. You will play a key role in coordinating communication with participants, managing conference logistics, and ensuring a smooth workflow across departments.

 

• Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with authors, conference hosts, and participants
- Manage registration, submissions, and inquiries throughout the conference cycle
- Support the preparation of conference materials, schedules, and communications
- Assist in handling logistics to ensure event success
- Maintain accurate records of participants, submissions, and proceedings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
- Provide professional customer support and follow-up with attendees and partners

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Languages, Communication, or related)- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Excellent written and verbal command of English (Arabic is a plus)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
