HR Specialist - MIS (VOIS)

VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems & Reporting Specialist to manage system-related activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, supporting HR operations, and delivering insightful reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR systems and analytics, with a proactive approach to process improvement and stakeholder engagement. What you will do Manage end-to-end system activities for employee lifecycle events including onboarding, changes, exits, and unpaid leaves. Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports using stored data and various sources. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and ensure timely delivery of accurate information. Support offboarding processes and maintain employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations. Participate in system updates and releases, conducting thorough UAT to ensure smooth implementation. Maintain documentation for HR systems and reporting processes. Ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs for specific customer groups. Handle employee enquiries and support HR-related requests. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives linked to system enhancements. Review and revise HR processes and communicate changes to stakeholders. Assist payroll by providing monthly employee data such as sick days, leavers, and unpaid leave. Who you are Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Administration (HR major preferred). 1-2 years of experience in HR, ideally with exposure to HR systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SuccessFactors HR modules and EVO HR systems. Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Experience in customer service and MIS is advantageous. Not a Perfect Fit? Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
