Position: Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our finance and accounting function, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international standards.
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in accounting/finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards & tax laws.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel is a must).Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.????
