- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals
- Manage sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of food commodities (e.g., wheat, rice, sugar, oils, etc.)
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and global supply chain dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality products
- Collaborate with logistics and finance departments to optimize delivery schedules and payment terms
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchasing cycles accordingly
