- Support organizational design, restructuring, and role realignment efforts.
- Lead or support change initiatives, including communications and engagement plans.
- Coach managers on building high-performing teams.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly, ensuring legal and cultural compliance.
- Act as a mediator and advisor in conflict resolution and team dynamics.
- Conduct engagement surveys and translate findings into action plans.
- Support the execution of HR programs such as performance management, compensation reviews, and promotion cycles.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Recruitment, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
