- A dental infection control specialist ensure the strict adherence to hygiene and infection control protocols and guidelines within the whole clinics to safeguard patient and staff health
- Following up for expiration dates for instruments storage after being sterilized.
- Following the Waste cycle in each branch and ensuring that standards are applied professionally.
- Cooperation with the biomedical engineer in maintenance of Autoclave.
- Orientation and Training for the newcomers to ensure their professional level.
- Regularly training for the current staff to increase the learning curve.
- Maintain the department employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, and paid time off, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.
- Evaluate and auditing weekly and make inspection.
- Send the inspection reports Weekly.
Qualification & Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (must be a dentist)Minimum of 2-4 years experience (medical/surgical preferred) Training & Knowledge & Skills:Strong Knowledge of Infection Control Procedures.Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, administration, Clinic staff.Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing, working independently withA keen interest in hospital systems, audit and nurse education, rather than clinical activity aloneExcellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, as well as confidence in working with senior colleaguesProven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar roleWorking knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assuranceSolid knowledge of relevant regulatory standardsGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent data collection and analysis skillsStrong attention to detailRelevant training and/or certifications as infection control or Quality Assurance Specialist
