  • Handling all customer inquiries on all social media platform, via calls
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, e.g. Shopify
  • Experience in Clients support , handling customers inquiries or any order details
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping, returns, and company policies
  • Staying up-to-date with shipping company procedures to handle order statuses effectively
  • coordinate daily activity of tracking shipments with clients
  • Process order modifications, cancellations, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures
  • work closely with operation team
  • manage daily clients complaints
Job Requirements
  • Retail Experience is must

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a customer service
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
