Sales Engineer - Key account Manager - GET tools

  • Actively promote and sell of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) to existing and potential customers in the mining, construction, and related industries across Egypt.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement managers, engineers, and site managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations, application advice, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with UGEI's internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
  • Stay up-to-date with G.E.T product developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, or related field preferred).Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in technical sales, preferably within the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries.Strong technical understanding of Ground Engaging Tools (GET), their applications, and related machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).Valid Egyptian driver's license and willingness to travel within Egypt.Familiarity with CRM, ODOO software is an advantage.Cairo - New Cairo nearby.
