Recruitment Specialist:

A recruiter is responsible for finding, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions within an organization. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, relationship building, and administrative tasks to ensure the organization hires the best talent.

 

Job description:

· Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

· Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

· Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.

· Promote job opportunities through social media and other channels.

· Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.

· Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers.

· Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.

· Provide timely feedback to candidates and address their queries.

· Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

· Advise on recruitment strategies and market trends.

· Negotiate job offers, including compensation and benefits.

· Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

· Prepare recruitment metrics and reports, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

· Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.

· Help develop and promote the company’s employer brand.


Job requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).· Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with an agency (at least 2- 3 years at the same position)· Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.· Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.· Ability to build relationships and network effectively.· High attention to detail and organizational skills.· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
