Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation and maintenance of medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) electrical distribution networks.
- Supervise the performance and reliability of transformers, generators, solar power systems, and ring main units (RMUs).
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical faults across production and utility systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of MCC panels, motor control systems, pump stations, boiler controls, and HVAC-related electrical systems.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted utility services.
- Coordinate and monitor the operation of compressed air systems, nitrogen generators, boilers, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment stations.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best industrial practices.
- Support projects involving the expansion or upgrading of electrical infrastructure, including load studies, system design, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, production, technical support -HSE-...) to enhance overall plant performance.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Inspect and monitor system equipment, including metering, capacitors, regulators, power circuit breakers, transformers , protective devices; power factor, equipment loading, voltage,
recommend new equipment , Spare parts purchases when needed;
lead and coordinate the activities of assigned personnel and contractors in the maintenance, or installation operation,
