Branch supervisors - SVC supervisor

  1. Responsible for the establishment and decomposition of service center performance goals:

1.1 according to the requirements of the management center, set the performance appraisal target of the branch every month;

1.2 responsible for the decomposition of assessment objectives, reasonably arrange the division of labor, and lead the team to

achieve the objectives;

2.Responsible for the daily operation management of the branch

2.1Responsible for handling and reporting customer complaints and emergencies

2.2 Responsible for daily review and settlement of maintenance work order

2.3 Responsible for the supervision and implementation of 6S, telephone service, on-site service and other standardized

projects in the site;

2.4 Responsible for the application and management of materials, tools and equipment, office supplies, etc

2.5 Regularly communicate with sales agents and supervisors, collect opinions from agents, and maintain the relationship with

agents;

3.Responsible for staff management and team building of the branch

3.1Responsible for the temporary deployment and Instead of duty

3.2Carry out weekly meetings as planned, summarize experience and convey policies

3.3Responsible for the construction of team atmosphere of the branch, to create a team with common values, positive and

energetic

4. Assist the management center to complete various tasks and improve the performance.


Work Location ( Cairo, Giza, Shubhra,  Alex., Ismailia , Sharqia, Tanta, Behira, Mania , Asouyt, and Qena.)Experience from 2 to 5 years as a branch Supervisor or Manager.Experience in After Sales and repairing centers and branchesExperience in After Sales and Mobile repairing or Electronics.
