Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing cost analysis processes, preparing cost-related financial reports, and making recommendations to improve expense efficiency and maximize profitability to ensure the achievement of the Group's financial objectives.

Job Objective
Oversee all activities related to cost accounting and analysis to ensure accurate financial statements, improve operational efficiency, minimize unnecessary costs, and provide accurate reports to assist in strategic decision making.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective strategies to manage costs, improve profitability, prepare cost analysis reports and make recommendations to direct reports.
2. Analyze production and service costs, identify cost reduction opportunities, study cost drivers and provide future financial projections.
3. Monitor and review actual costs compared to estimated costs, analyze gaps and identify the reasons for them.
4. Verify the accuracy of cost data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
5. Monitor cost performance against the approved budget and analyze variances and identify the reasons for them.
6. Supervise the evaluation of product costs and provide appropriate pricing recommendations.
7. Provide suggestions to optimize production and service processes in terms of cost and efficiency.
8. Identify areas of waste and make proposals to minimize them without affecting quality.
9. Follow up on warehouse balances as well as production control and prepare reports on deviations on a regular basis.
10. Train and evaluates subordinates under his management to raise their efficiency.
