We Are Hiring: Team Leader – Property Consultant Team

Job Location: 6th of October City
Working Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM
Days Off: One day per week

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and identify training needs.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Support team members in client interactions, negotiations, and closing deals.


Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in real estate or sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving common goals.

Exceptional presentation and writing abilities.

Sales planning and prospecting expertise.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet browsing).
