- Calculate and analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, material, and overhead expenses.
- Develop and maintain standard cost models to improve accuracy and efficiency in cost tracking.
- Prepare detailed cost reports to support management in decision-making.
- Collaborate with production and finance teams to ensure alignment between actual costs and budgeted amounts.
- Prepare periodic cost analysis reports and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
5–10 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA/CPA certification is a plus).Strong understanding of cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, activity-based costing).Knowledge of financial reporting tools and databases.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculation and reporting.
