Job Description :
· Managing preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
· Supervising the maintenance team.
· Analyze faults and provide solutions.
· Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
· Improving the efficiency of the maintenance workshop.
· Preparing reports and submitting them to management.
· Preparing periodic reports on the performance of the maintenance workshop and submitting them to top management.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
· At least 5 years of experience in maintaining submersible well pumps
· Technical skills
· Proficiency in the English language (reading and writing).
· The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and diagrams.
· Strong communication and relationship building skills
· Organization and time management skills.
