Experience Required:Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1-2 years focused on recruitment and payroll management. Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Hiring:Source, screen, and hire security guardsManage job postings, coordinate interviews, and handle onboarding processes.2. Payroll Management:Calculate and process employee salaries, overtime, and deductionsMaintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with labor lawsPrepare and review compensation and benefits packages.3. Attendance & Records:Track employee attendance, leaves, and working hoursUpdate and maintain employee files and HR records. 4. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policiesPrepare HR reports related to hiring, salaries, and attendance.
