- Coordinates and manages the processing of all student applications throughout the admissions cycle, to ensure that applications are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and within the standards set by the university.
- Provide administrative support by coordinating, implementing, the various admission services functions and its logistics internally and externally.
- Provide oversight of the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, this includes but is not limited to: conducting campus tours to on-campus visitors
- Alongside with performing the required follow-ups in all forms of communication fitting the assert required (phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, online meetings----etc).
- Ensure focus on quality of customer service while achieving key goals. Hence, continually updates and improves the admission cycle.
- Serves a role in systems management of Power Campus, Moodle, and HubSpot to include testing, updates, training, and creation of rules and workflows to support all phases of the admissions cycle.
- Provides statistical information and reports for each semester and up-to-date forecast figures for upcoming semesters.
- Maintains and manages student records and ensure confidentiality, security, and accuracy in compliance with academic policies.
- Handles the student scholarships and updates the finance department with student discounts.
- Works collaboratively with the teams to smoothly assert prospected High school applicants invert to be enrolled students.
- Supervises the English placement exam cycles and manage their logistics and communication (internally and externally).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, or a related field),Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of student information systems
