- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and others.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad visuals, copies, and landing pages.
- Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Support the team in budget allocation and bid management across campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Up to 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).Basic knowledge of performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, or similar platforms.Good communication skills and attention to detail.A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing trends.
