We are looking for a skilled training supervisor to implement industry-leading training programs for our company. You will be required to assess currant training and development systems, develop new training programs, implement measurement tools, and provide feedback. You may also be required to conduct research to identify specific staff training needs.
Role Description
- Train employees on current HR policies, procedures, and practices
- Design, develop, implement and maintain employee training programs
- Develop training schedules
- Evaluate employee training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly
- Coordinate with supervisory staff to develop employee training programs
- Develop performance plans, monitor employee performance, provide feedback to employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees
- Plan and coordinate all training events
- Ensure all training records are filed according to proper file management systems
- Contact employees to schedule training, follow-up, and complete evaluations
- Oversee employees’ use of training resources
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, or related field3+ years experience in training supervisor or manager roleExperience with training new employeesKnowledge of training principles, practices, concepts, and methodsKnowledge of training techniques and materialsFluent in English language
