Coordinate the works for the infrastructure package for the Four Seasons Madinaty project.

Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between all concerned teams.

Collect and share relevant information and documents with the project stakeholders.

Coordinate MEP works for the main hotel and residential package of the Four Seasons Madinaty project.

Coordinate MEP services, including first and second fixes, for Four Seasons Luxor.

Address any engineering conflicts and contract document defects by coordinating with project stakeholders and providing remedial solutions.

Manage the MEP technical and management aspects of the projects during the construction stage.

Monitor the implementation of interface milestones between different contractors and construction packages.

Identify and report any deviations from the approved engineering and procurement plans.

Follow up on the Supervision Consultant's engineering approval activities.

Conduct inspections of the construction site to assess the status and report any non-conformance activities.

Maintain a track record of relevant performance site tests and off-site testing, reporting any deviations as necessary.

Support and coordinate with the cost/quantity survey and contracts management teams for interfaced activities.

Assist in forecasting and mitigating potential time and cost impacts due to unforeseen change orders.

Liaise with the handing-over process and review handing-over submissions.

Coordinate and support the final testing and commissioning of executed works.
