- Manage internal communication platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters, email campaigns).

- Plan and coordinate employee activities, team-building events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Monitor the impact of engagement activities through feedback, surveys, and participation rates.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.Knowledge of learning and development practices and tools is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
