OD Specialist

  • Provide administrative support for various OD projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting needs assessments and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to assess the current state of the organization, identify trends, and provide insights.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee development programs aimed at improving skills, performance, and job satisfaction.
  • Assist with the administration of performance management systems.
  • Develop and maintain competency frameworks outlining the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for each role.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and improvement recommendations.
  • Create and update job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
  • Analyze and recommend changes to reporting structures, span of control, and departmental alignments.
  • Review and update organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance data, preparing reports and presentations for management.
  • Support the design and execution of change initiatives to drive organizational transformation.

Bachelor's Degree1-3 years of experience in same positionProven work experience as HR Specialist.Very good cross-culture skills.
