Technical BIM Architect (3-5 Years of Experience)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Architect with 3-5 years of experience to manage BIM modelling, create construction drawings, and coordinate technical aspects of architectural projects. This role requires strong collaboration across disciplines, with a focus on accurate BOQs and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM modelling and cross-discipline coordination.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical package (BIM, AutoCAD).
- Develop and manage BOQs and project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with architectural, structural, site, and MEP teams.
- Assist in project scheduling and create detailed interior execution packages.
Experience & Skills Required:3-5 years in technical architecture with expertise in BIM and multidisciplinary coordination.Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and BOQ/specification software.Strong understanding of construction materials and standards.Key Qualities:Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.Strong communication for effective team and contractor coordination.High standards for quality across design and construction stages.
