- Advise senior leadership on governance obligations, compliance strategies, and emerging risks to support strategic initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and continuous evaluation of the risk management framework and compliance systems, ensuring performance improvement and risk minimization.
- Direct risk identification and mitigation strategies for organizational changes and new technologies.
- Develop and maintain an organization-wide governance framework aligned with industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while providing training and awareness programs for all employees.
