Operations Development Officer

Main job duties and responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  2. Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives.
  3. Coordinate between the operation sector and the WD different sectors (HR -Finance -Legal -Marketing -IT).
  4. Prepare several monthly activity reports (Legal, Training, development, Purchasing request, Requisition request, and Stock items).
  5. Manage the standardization of the signage and the communication boards (Marketing tools) across all premises by reviewing, and approving all signage content, designs, dimensions, locations, quantities, and quality of all installed signages.
  6. Partner with different teams to devise and execute operational strategies.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for the purpose of conveying discoveries.
  8. Collect data from a variety of dashboards and departments to aid management in making data-driven decisions.
  9. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational changes and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies.
  10. Participate in the Implementation of a rewarding and motivating program to motivate the employee and keep WD's healthy environment.


Educational background and previous experience:

  1. Suitable bachelor’s degree.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
