Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of projects Manpower, schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control projects resources, timelines, Sales Value, and costs, ensuring alignment with the overall projects budget and Quality.
- Analyze project scope, milestones, and deliverables to create Budget, timelines and schedules aligned with project goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
- Lead Planning activities for multi projects in same time
- Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams, including project managers and site engineers, to plan and sequence activities, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Identify & monitor potential schedule delays and Risks
- Collaborate with project team in Invoicing Process to Client
- Verify subcontractors and suppliers’ invoices as per Purchase Orders and SOW
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with Minimum of 5 years of experienceTechnical Background in Testing and commissioning of Electrical substation will be an advantageExperience in software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel Power BI, or similar tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee potential project challenges.Knowledge in SAP will be an advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.In-depth understanding of construction processes and resource allocation.
