Role Description
1. Assist in key aspects of post award subcontract matters including but not limited to implementation of Implementation Contractor’s scope, administration and custodian of the documents of Implementation Contracts, communication between EPCM Contractor and Implementation Contractor, variation / extension of time requests.
2. Follow up documents as per the Implementation Contract. Assisting the Subcontract Team for close-out of Implementation Contracts.
3. Supports in preparation of documents, participation in Techno-Commercial Review Meetings
4. Ensure compliance with established Company Procedures, Policies, Directives and Guidelines
Qualifications
· A graduate university degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Management Studies.
· Around 5 to 6 years of work experience in oil and gas industry, preferably in Subcontracts and Construction.
· Have experience in International markets including the GCC.
· Have knowledge on key commercial, contractual, legal and management aspects related to subcontracts award, administration, management and close-out.
