- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures
- Review product specifications and make recommendations for improvements
- Preparing and maintaining quality control documentation and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for process improvement
- Investigate product quality concerns and implement solutions to prevent future issues
- Track and report on quality control metrics, including product defect rates and inspection completion rates
- Ensure timely scheduling of raw material inspection, product inspection, auditing, and data collection.
Bachelor's degree in agriculture or any field or equivalent work experiencePrior experience in quality control from 2-5 years, preferably in pulses or FMCGComprehensive knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control techniques.Certified Quality Inspector certification preferredAge not less than 30 years
