We are seeking a skilled and motivated Presales Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in light current solutions. As a Presales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, designing customized solutions, and collaborating with our sales team to provide top-tier service to our valued clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to comprehensively understand their technical needs and requirements in light current systems.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create technical proposals, including system diagrams, Bill of Materials (BoM), and cost estimates.
Design tailored light current solutions based on client specifications, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and efficiency.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical consultations to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively addressing queries and concerns.
- Participate in site visits and assessments to gather essential information for project design and implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments in light current systems.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies, target markets, and customer engagement plans.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source the most suitable components for proposed solutions.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise technical documentation for both internal teams and clients.
- Actively contribute to the improvement of pre-sales processes and methodologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Presales Engineer or similar role in light current systems.- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.- Strong understanding of communication systems, security systems, audiovisual systems, and networking infrastructure.- Proficiency in designing system diagrams, technical proposals, and project documentation.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in light current solutions.- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyse complex technical requirements.- Proven track record of successful collaboration with sales teams and customers.- Experience with relevant software tools for system design and documentation.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, as required.
