  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
  • Develop Onboarding material
  • Handle Administration activities (Reservations, Tourism Company, Transportation).
  • Responsible for all administration tasks at the company.

BSc in Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant fieldWork experience as an HR & Admin Officer, or Administrative Assistant or similar roleBasic knowledge of labor legislationExperience using spreadsheetsOrganizational skillsGood verbal and written communication skills
