  • Acknowledge and greet customers politely and courteously when they enter the reception area and assist them through the Book In the process.
  • Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance. Help identify problems by questioning the customer or doing an inspection or road test.
  • Acknowledge and greet returning customers politely and courteously when they enter the reception area, explain the details of the work done, parts changed, and notes on the Quality Control Sheet. etc.
  • Follow the Warranty policy, procedure, and instructions supplied by the Warranty section head.
  • Record the customer requirements on a Job Order Form informing the customer of estimated labor and parts charges when needed, inspect the customer’s vehicle and record any damage/comments on the Job Order Form (a receipt of customer supplied product), sign same, and allow the customer to read, or read details to them, and obtain their signature (contract review).
  • Follow up with the Team leader to see if the vehicle will be ready when promised, advise the customer of any delays and additional work exceeding an estimate, contact the customer and obtain his agreement to proceed (amendment to contract).
  • For any vehicles requiring delivery, coordinate the checking, cleaning, and delivery, using the Reception Driver, of the same
  • Take particular, even priority, care of a customer with returned work or who has a complaint on the service rendered and that the same is recorded correctly in the Customer Contact system and advised to the Reception Supervisor (corrective and preventive action - customer complaints).
  • Periodically check Job Cards and Register for any vehicles not completed as promised, establish reasons and advise customer of progress.
  • Greet customers; listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required, and prepare service orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available s

Minimum 5 year of experience as a service advisor.Bechaoler's degree in Engineering or any relative field is a must.Good English command.
