Marketing Cosmetics Manager

  • Developing medium- and long-term marketing and sales plans in accordance with senior management’s strategy in this regard.
  • Analyzing the elements of any marketing problem facing the company, discussing them, and developing alternative solutions to them. He proposes with the company's senior management the pricing policies for each of the company's products, as well as the method of dealing with the company's customers, whether cash or credit sales, in the long term in coordination with the financial department
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies informs all the departments in general extensively about marketing and sales annually, organizes the inter-departmental harmony with regard to the departments, thus risking them in any way the modifications that can be introduced in the marketing plan of everything related to him.
