Elmarakby Steel Group is looking to hire a talented #Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Organize and manage maintenance operations effectively using the SAP system to reduce downtime.
• Manage work orders using the SAP CMMS system to ensure maintenance requests are followed up and executed in an organized manner.
• Update preventive and equipment maintenance plans in the SAP Plant Maintenance system to maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance schedules.
• Use Gantt charts and critical path analysis when needed to organize and manage maintenance operations during shutdown periods.
• Communicate with engineers and related parties regarding upcoming scheduled maintenance, ordering components, consumables, equipment, and tools via the SAP system.
• Identify recommendations and improvements in areas of maintenance operations and suggest the necessary solutions.
• Determine critical component and material needs, and establish security stock requirements in the SAP system to ensure components are available or acquired quickly to minimize downtime.
• Create warehouse reservations for materials & equipment needed for planned maintenance work to ensure their availability when needed.

Job Qualifications

• BSc of Engineering (Mechanical engineering is preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in the same field.
• Very Good in using Microsoft Office
• Very Good in English 
• Location: 6th October city + Transportation ( Company bus -Meeting points )
