- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Identify and allocate resources required to complete the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Identify potential risks to the project and develop a strategy to minimize impact. Monitor and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities

- Track and report on project financials and ensure that all financial records are kept within approved limits and up to date.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.Proven experience minimum 10 years as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
