Project Manager

 

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Identify and allocate resources required to complete the project, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Identify potential risks to the project and develop a strategy to minimize impact. Monitor and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. 
  • Track and report on project financials and ensure that all financial records are kept within approved limits and up to date.
  • Monitor the progress of the project, ensuring that it stays on track and meets deadlines. 
  • Prepare and deliver regular project reports to the management, including progress updates, budget status, and any issues or risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering.Proven experience minimum 10 years as a Project Manager.Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
